Pure Michigan
The overall message I am trying to convey with this picture is You Don't Know Me. The first layer is my selfie which represents what I look like. Next layer with my friends and I riding horses. This represents how I love horses and I spend a lot of my time doing it. The branches represent how I love nature. And lastly, the trees and frozen lake layer represent how I love being outside. I named this Pure Michigan because of the snow on the ground in one layer, while wearing light jackets in it.

I have developed my photography in many ways. I have learned the rule of thirds, so I now know how to evenly balance my photographs. I also now know how to use leading lines to direct the viewers eyes around the photograph.
From my selfie to my double exposure, there are similarities and differences. For example, I have nature and trees in both photos. This is because I love nature and I think it's a big part of who I am. I also have my hair down in both photos because curly hair is a big part of who I am.
